The domes of the Cathedral "to our lovely Lady" are probably the most famous landmarks of Munich. The two, nearly 99-meter-high tower overtop all other buildings of the old town.
Located between Karlsplatz and Marienplatz, the Frauenkirche is one of the most visited sites in Munich. If you climb up the stairs of the south tower you can enjoy a magnificent view of the city and you even might be able to see the Alps in good weather conditions.
